Cody D. Lyon, CPL

Cody D. Lyon is a founding member of Veracity Land Services, LLC and also currently serves as a managing partner. Mr. Lyon has obtained his Bachelors of Business Administration in Management from Tarleton State University and has since gone on to obtain his Masters of Science in Leadership and Management, also from Tarleton State University.  Mr. Lyon has previously been employed as a Landman for Tanglewood Exploration, and has also worked as an Independent Landman gaining experience in a variety of locations.  His experience as a Landman has allowed him to be responsible for numerous land related activities, such as acquisition, title, curative, and contract negotiation and execution.  Mr. Lyon has achieved the Certified Professional Landman (CPL) status from the American Association of Professional Landman (AAPL) and is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Fort Worth Association of Professional Landmen (FWAPL), Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL), Wichita Association of Professional Landmen (WAPL) and the North Appalachian Landman'¬ôs Association (NAPL).

Sage Britain, CPL

Sage Britain is a founding member of Veracity Land Services, LLC and currently serves as a managing partner.  Mr. Britain has obtained his Bachelors of Business Administration in Management from LeTourneau University. Mr. Britain has previously been employed as a Landman for Tanglewood Exploration from 2004 to 2007 where he specialized in acquisitions from various industry partners to secure acreage for the intention of exploration.  Mr. Britain has also worked as an Independent Landman where he was charged with the task of managing a large crew of Landmen responsible for title research and leasing. Mr. Britain has achieved the Certified Professional Landman (CPL) status from the American Association of Professional Landman (AAPL) and is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Fort Worth Association of Professional Landmen (FWAPL) and the Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL).
